Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Operations Team Leader (Print / Mail Center) to manage high-volume production print and mail operations. You will oversee printing, finishing, and distribution of customer requests, while meeting SLAs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume print center or production print environment.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines; safeguarding confidential information.
• Ability to follow direction and drive tasks to completion in a production setting.
• Customer service orientation and professional communication with end users and partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team with SLA-driven delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume production print equipment and finishing systems.
• Produce and release print jobs from queue to completion with accuracy.
• Perform print finishing and bindery work to specification.
• Receive, prioritize and process production work; validate job tickets.
• Maintain records of logs, volumes, turnaround and rework.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting for print/finishing equipment and coordinate service calls.
• Manage inventory for print supplies and finishing materials.
• Respond to end-user inquiries and provide status updates.
• Support other DBS operational functions as needed.
