J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced operations leader to guide a local team within a global operation. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and ensuring timely, high-quality client solutions while aligning with HR and compliance guidelines.

The position focuses on day-to-day execution, prioritization, and performance support, including onboarding, tracking metrics, and collaboration with global partners to drive improvements and client outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced English required.
• 10+ years of relevant operations/service delivery experience.
• Proven experience leading a team is required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily guidance, prioritization, and support to Presentation Specialists to ensure processes and methodologies are followed.
• Track work in progress and team coverage; monitor core metrics (demand vs. capacity) and elevate risks/issues to management.
• Support onboarding and training; provide ongoing feedback and coaching to drive quality and timeliness.
• Ensure adherence to HR/Compliance and departmental policies and procedures, including health & safety guidelines.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team environment; remove blockers and drive rapid resolution for clients.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation in partnership with management and global partners.
