Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume print center or production print environment.
• Ability to follow directions and drive tasks to completion in a production setting.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team with fluctuating priorities and SLAs.
• Self-motivated and willing to cross-train.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume production print equipment and finishing systems.
• Produce and release print jobs from queue to completion with accuracy.
• Perform print finishing and bindery work per specifications.
• Manage job tickets, scheduling, and delivery/packaging/distribution.
• Maintain records of job logs, volumes, turnaround, and exceptions.
• Identify non-compliant activities and escalate appropriately.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting for equipment and coordinate service calls.
• Manage inventory of print supplies and finishing materials.
• Respond to end-user inquiries regarding print requests and timelines.
• Support additional DBS operational functions as needed.
• Rotate across multiple locations and varying shifts as needed.
