Formación

• Must be a graduate or advanced bachelor student and work full time.
• Advanced English required for daily use.
• Strong client/customer focus and ability to address inquiries promptly.
• Ability to meet daily deadlines and Cut Offs.
• Problem solving and escalation handling skills.
• Dynamic, proactive attitude and team player.
• Sense of accountability and ownership until resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, analyze, and process transactions via multiple systems.
• Facilitate accurate and timely Income transactions across products/markets.
• Resolve booking issues and maintain client-oriented focus.
• Build relationships with cross-team partners for daily efficiency.
• Speak Up: propose fixes for process and technology gaps and drive them.
• Ensure timelines and client service delivery standards are met.
• Escalate issues promptly when needed.
