Gorgias in Argentina is seeking a Customer Implementation Manager to oversee onboarding from sales handover through configuration, training, and activation. You will be first point of contact and drive a white‑glove onboarding experience for Helpdesk and AI Agent products.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in SaaS implementation, strong project management, and excellent communication, with a proactive, autonomous mindset. E-commerce experience is a plus.

Formación

• 2–3+ years in SaaS as an implementation manager driving post‑sales adoption and activation.
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in‑depth implementation sessions for new and cross‑sold customers to drive adoption of Helpdesk and AI Agent.
• Tailor solutions with a consultative approach to meet customer needs.
• Drive activation and reduce time to value with white‑glove onboarding.
