EY Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Engineer to join the IT Services team in Buenos Aires. The role covers end‑to‑end service engineering, conferencing endpoints, escalation, vendor relations, and service roadmaps.

You will resolve incidents, manage escalations, and drive KPI‑based performance across the portfolio. The ideal candidate has a solid background in video conferencing and collaboration infrastructure, strong call‑signalling knowledge (H323/H320/SIP), experience with

Formación

Solid background in video conferencing and collaboration infrastructure and deployment/support.
Knowledge of Teams Rooms, Surface Hub, Condeco, Teams Panel, Teams Phone, and room peripherals.
Strong understanding of call signalling: H323, H320, SIP and global routing.
Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow incident/ remediation tooling.
Experience with Microsoft Teams rooms and Surface Hub.
ITIL awareness for incident, problem, change and availability processes.
Excellent communication skills for cross‑team collaboration and stakeholders.
