EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a SaaS CoE Senior Analyst in Buenos Aires to support day-to-day SaaS operations, onboarding, access management, and first-line functional support for internal stakeholders. You will help administer SaaS platforms, ensure compliance, and contribute to documenting processes and improvements.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience supporting SaaS platforms and business applications.
• Ability to manage tickets, onboarding, and access control processes.
• Strong documentation, knowledge base development, and audit readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional and operational support for SaaS platforms and business applications.
• Work with ticketing and collaboration tools such as ServiceNow, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Investigate and resolve system issues while supporting end users and stakeholders.
• Review and validate project documents for compliance with requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles, process docs, user guides, and procedures.
• Support client onboarding, system configuration, and operational processes in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate analytical, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and role/permission changes across SaaS apps.
• Monitor tickets and incidents, ensure SLAs, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Escalate complex incidents to Product, Technology, or Functional Support as needed.
• Maintain operational records and reports for audits and controls.
• Identify improvements to optimize processes and reduce resolution times.
