- Strong incident management and service/process governance experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
Responsabilidades
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to align operations with requirements.
- Maintain service standards, ensure change process compliance, and enforce best practices.
- Monitor and manage service components proactively.
- Analyze and resolve multiple technical challenges across services/projects.
- Evaluate improvement recommendations and identify gaps or alternatives.
- Anticipate issues and drive execution changes to prevent problems.
