Cognizant in Buenos Aires is seeking a Jr Field Services Audio Visual Technician to ensure the reliability and performance of workplace technology and AV environments. You will collaborate with end users, IT support teams, and external vendors to deliver seamless collaboration experiences.

You will support executive meetings, live events, and hybrid setups, providing onsite desktop and end-user support and coordinating deployments to keep users productive and ready for critical business meetings.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in audio visual or IT field services.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference room systems.
• Experience desktop support for Windows and macOS.
• Strong ITSM knowledge, Incident Management, and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of networking concepts and remote support.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support and troubleshoot AV tech, video conferencing, and room systems.
• Provide desktop support for executive meetings and events.
• Coordinate device deployments and workstation setups.
• Manage incidents through ITSM and document activity per SLA.
• Collaborate with users, IT teams, vendors to ensure seamless experiences.
