EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in Argentina seeks a Junior Operations Support Specialist to back Spanish Brand, Marketing & Communications leadership. You will handle vendor management and budget administration alongside Procurement, Risk, and Independence teams, supporting diverse projects in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Good English knowledge (minimum B2) in written and spoken.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to analyze and resolve complex process cases.
• Strong customer service skills and commitment to quality.
• Good teamwork and ability to organize collaborative work.
• Motivated work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop supplier strategy with BMC team and Procurement, following EY policies and direction.
• Maintain and manage third parties with BRIDGE tool.
• Independently manage back office operations.
• Prepare reports, evaluations and statistics.
• Keep lists and overviews; interface with stakeholders.
• Perform administrative work and coordination across teams.
