EY Global Delivery Sevices in Buenos Aires is seeking an experienced Application Engineer Supervising Associate to lead technical delivery on complex enterprise software projects. You will collaborate with architecture, business sponsors and teams to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, code reviews, and guiding teams to apply best practices, with a focus on quality and scalable design for EY’s internal Risk Management systems.

Formación

• 6 to 9 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and Azure cloud technologies.
• Nice to have Power BI experience for reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across multiple projects.
• AGILE development experience and ability to lead virtual teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop robust, high performance enterprise software.
• Code reviews of peer submissions.
• Provide effort estimates for all project phases.
• Advise on engineering methodologies, standards and practices.
• Onboard and train technical resources.
• Evaluate alternative technical solutions for efficiency and cost.
• Maintain adherence to architectural standards and guidelines.
• Support the project during transition to production.
• Translate design and solution deliverables into detailed build artifacts.
