EY is seeking an Operations Engineer based in Argentina to support end-to-end service engineering for video conferencing and collaboration platform services. You will work with a team of L3 engineers across various portfolios, handling incident resolution, escalation, and service roadmaps.

The role emphasizes Telepresence, room devices, and support for Microsoft Teams and related endpoints, with opportunities for cross-team collaboration and process improvement.

Formación

• Solid background in video conferencing and collaboration infrastructure devices.
• Experience with deployment and support of video and voice standards.
• Advanced knowledge of ITIL concepts related to incident/problem/change.

Responsabilidades

• Incident resolution and escalation management.
• Communication with internal and external IT teams.
• Performance management of services/KPIs.
• Knowledge transfer to team members.
• Knowledge of Telepresence and room systems.
