PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Deals Financial Due Diligence Manager to lead due diligence workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will analyze earnings quality and cash flows, and provide strategic diligence services to clients across a broad portfolio.

You will manage project planning and delivery, coach team members, and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience.
• CPA/CA/CFA designation or equivalent.
• Fluent English communication required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial due diligence workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Analyze financial data to assess earnings quality and cash flows.
• Provide strategic advice and diligence services for client transactions.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and delivery to meet client expectations.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance performance in financial analysis.
