Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, with focus on due diligence.
• Accounting or finance certifications (CPA/CA/CFA) preferred.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial due diligence projects for client mergers and acquisitions.
• Analyze financial statements and build financial models to assess earnings and performance.
• Develop strategies for value creation and operational improvement in client engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver deal management and advisory services.
• Provide market trend insights and growth opportunities through analytics.
• Build and maintain client relationships to tailor financial solutions.
• Conduct investment analyses and valuations to inform decisions.
• Coach and provide feedback to project teams to foster learning.
• Validate forecasts and identify risks and opportunities for growth.
• Promote inclusion and drive change within teams to boost outcomes.
• Ensure data governance and information security in analytics workflows.
