PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Deals Financial Due Diligence Manager to lead complex due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will analyze earnings quality, cash flows, and key deal issues while guiding teams through modeling and forecasting techniques.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional deal teams to maximize value, coach personnel, and deliver high-quality analyses. English proficiency is required and integrity is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in deal advisory.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial due diligence workstreams for M&A and divestitures.
• Analyze financial information for earnings quality and cash flows.
• Develop strategic advice and diligence services for client transactions.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and delivery to clients.
• Guide teams in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to identify value opportunities.
• Evaluate financial statements and contracts with analytical rigor.
• Coach team members to improve technical skills.
• Leverage technology to enhance delivery of advisory services.
• Address stakeholder conflicts and maintain quality.
• Ensure Information Security Management practices.
• Lead discussions on pricing, completion accounts, and deal closing.
• Oversee multiple transaction workstreams and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, legal advisors, and cross-functional teams.
