PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Associate in Deals Financial Due Diligence to provide strategic advice during mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will analyze financials, focus on earnings quality and cash flows, and deliver tailored diligence solutions while growing your client network and team leadership skills.

Formación

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Pursuit of or holding CPA/CA/CFA certification
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows and deal issues
• Support clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures with strategic advice
• Use financial modeling and forecasting to evaluate performance and growth
• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and deliver tailored solutions
• Conduct comprehensive financial statement analysis to identify trends
• Interpret data to inform recommendations and manage deal processes
• Engage in deal management activities to facilitate transactions
• Leverage industry trends to provide informed market insights
• Develop and maintain client relationships to enhance service
• Navigate complex transactions and changing business environments
• Understand Information Security and Data Protection practices
