PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks a Senior Associate for Deals Financial Due Diligence to provide strategic advice and business diligence for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will analyze financial information, focusing on earnings quality, assets, cash flows, and other key deal issues.

You will build client connections, guide teams, and navigate complex transactions while expanding your technical skills in a collaborative, diverse environment across Advisory, Assurance, Tax

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or in progress.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Current pursuit of or possession of CPA/CA/CFA designation.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial information focusing on earnings quality, cash flows and key deal issues.
• Provide strategic advice and business due diligence services in M&A contexts.
• Collaborate with clients to understand financial objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
• Engage in deal management activities and maintain client relationships.
• Navigate complex transactions and support restructuring where needed.
