Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 6 years of experience.
• Certifications such as CPA/CA/CFA preferred.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence projects for M&A to support client decisions.
• Analyze financial statements and build financial models for earnings quality and performance.
• Develop value creation and operational improvement strategies for client engagements.
