The role emphasizes ownership of planning, budgeting, execution, and cross‑functional collaboration with advisory, assurance, tax and business services teams to maximize deal value in diverse geographies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of professional experience.
• CPA/CA/CFA or Foreign CPA/CFA credentials.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial due diligence workstreams for M&A and divestitures.
• Analyze financial information to assess quality of earnings and cash flows.
• Provide strategic advice and business diligence services for client transactions.
