PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks a Senior Associate in Deals Financial Due Diligence to join our cross-functional advisory team. You will analyze financial information, support M&A transactions, and deliver strategic diligence services with global clients.

You’ll work with teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, using cutting-edge tools to shape client outcomes while growing your technical and leadership capabilities in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 3 years of experience
• Current pursuit of or a CPA/CA/ CFA or CFA designation
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows, and key deal issues
• Supporting clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by providing strategic advice and business diligence services
• Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting techniques to evaluate business performance and potential growth opportunities
• Collaborating with clients to understand their financial objectives and deliver tailored solutions
• Conducting comprehensive financial statement analysis to identify trends and insights
• Applying analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data and inform recommendations
• Engaging in deal management activities to facilitate smooth transaction processes
• Leveraging industry trend analysis to provide informed advice on market conditions and opportunities
• Developing and maintaining meaningful client relationships to enhance service delivery
• Navigating complex transactions and adapting to changing business environments
• Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
• Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices
