PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Deals Financial Due Diligence team, supporting mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across geographies. You’ll analyze quality of earnings, cash flows and other key deal issues while building strong client relationships.

You will contribute to financial modeling, forecasting, and the delivery of strategic due diligence services, helping clients maximize value in complex transactions and navigate changing market

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Pursuing or holding CPA/CA/CFA designation (or foreign equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows, and key deal issues.
• Support clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures with strategic advice and diligence services.
• Use financial modeling and forecasting to evaluate performance and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand financial objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
• Perform comprehensive financial statement analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Interpret complex financial data to inform recommendations and decisions.
• Engage in deal-management activities to facilitate transactions.
• Provide insights from industry trends to advise on market conditions.
