• PhD or MS in Plant/Animal Breeding or related field with strong analytics.
• Proven ability to drive innovation into applied pipelines across R&D.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and strategic influence.

Responsabilidades

• Define the vision and multi-year strategy for research acceleration in early pipelines.
• Set standards for hypothesis-driven design and decision-ready evidence.
• Shape enabling-technology agenda across accelerated breeding and analytics.
• Lead adoption strategy and change management across crops and regions.
• Own metrics for acceleration value, cycle time, and genetic gain.
• Provide technical and product knowledge to the Capability Center.
• Contribute to Global Breeding strategies and Long-Range Plan.
• Engage universities to position Bayer as a talent destination.
• Serve on L3 leadership groups linking research to operations.
• Ensure HS&E, Compliance, DEI and Human Rights in practice.
