The role requires managing standards for hypothesis-driven design, enabling technologies, and adoption practices across crops and regions, with a focus on HS&E, DEI, and ethics.

Formación

• PhD or MS in plant/animal breeding or related field.
• Strong knowledge of advanced breeding technologies and genomics.
• Proven ability to collaborate across regions and functions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define vision and multi-year strategy for research acceleration.
• Establish standards for hypothesis-driven design and evidence.
• Shape enabling-technology agenda across breeding, genomics and analytics.
• Lead adoption strategies and change management.
• Own metrics and reporting of acceleration impact.
• Engage with universities to develop talent.
