AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to own the data pipeline and analytical architecture for a large-volume marketing analytics platform. You will define partitioning strategy, file formats, schema design, and near-real-time processing for OLAP workloads on an S3-backed data lake.

You will govern ETL pipelines, define DAG orchestration with Airflow, and lead senior developers while enforcing code quality.

Formación

• 7+ years of engineering experience with ETL pipelines and large-volume data systems.
• Experience with OLAP-style data architectures and serverless data lakes on object storage.
• Strong design sense for partitioning, file formats (Parquet/ORC), and performance tradeoffs.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own ETL pipelines at scale from internal DBs and external APIs.
• Make architectural calls on partitioning, file formats, and near-real-time processing for OLAP workloads.
• Own DAG design and triggering strategy in Airflow; lead architecture conversations.
• Drive AWS data stack usage (S3, Athena, EKS) with DevOps collaboration.
• Review PRs and enforce code quality standards.
• Guide senior developers and uphold engineering practices.
