Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to lead licensing decisions and optimization for a large regional portfolio across Latin America and beyond. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely service delivery.

The role requires hands-on SAM, licensing model knowledge, and the ability to work across multiple publishers in a high-volume environment, with English and Spanish fluency to engage regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing
• Understanding of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user & cloud licenses
• Experience managing software portfolios across multiple publishers
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance & audits
• Ability to prioritize in a high-volume, multi-publisher environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details
• Advanced English and Spanish for regional/global collaboration

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
