Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LAC team. You will manage software licensing across multiple publishers, interpret licensing terms, and support compliance and optimization in a high-volume environment.

Join a global SAM function and collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to drive licensing accuracy, cost efficiency and timely service delivery across Latin America and international regions.

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing.
Experience across licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud).
Experience managing large software portfolios and renewals.
Ability to interpret entitlements, compliance and optimization demands.
Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.
Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
Interpret licensing terms across publishers and models.
Maintain accurate software asset records and entitlements.
Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimizations.
Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors to resolve needs.
