Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist for a Regional LAC role. You will manage software licensing across a large portfolio, collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and engineering teams, and support compliance and optimization efforts.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, broad licensing knowledge, and strong English and Spanish communication. You will operate in a high-volume, multi-publisher environment with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM or ITAM with licensing responsibilities.
Strong understanding of licensing models.
Experience across multiple publishers and licensing conditions.
Entitlements, renewals, compliance, optimization and/or software audits.
Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize time-sensitive requirements.
Advanced English and Spanish are required for regional/global collaboration.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers and licensing models.
Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing and licensing information.
Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and software optimization activities.
Support license compliance, audits and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve software utilization and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and external vendors to resolve licensing needs and escalations.
Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while contributing to continuous improvement of SAM processes.
