Job summary

WSP invites a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its global SAM team, focusing on licensing across Latin America and other regions. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to ensure accurate licensing decisions, timely service delivery, and cost optimization.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, knowledge of licensing models, and the ability to manage high-volume requests in a multi-publisher environment, with strong English and Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing.
• Experience interpreting licensing terms and entitlements.
• Knowledge of multi-publisher licensing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams.
