Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional SAM team, overseeing licensing for a large portfolio across Latin America and other regions. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering to ensure compliance, optimize costs, and deliver timely service.

Ideal candidates have hands-on SAM experience in licensing, multi-publisher environments, and strong English and Spanish language skills to engage regional and global stakeholders in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing and IT asset management.
Experience interpreting licensing terms across publishers and models.
Maintaining accurate asset and entitlement records including renewals.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
Maintain accurate asset and entitlement records.
Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
Prioritize competing requests in a high-volume environment.
