Job summary

InEvent is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support our global team with employee relations, branding, and HR process improvements in a fully remote capacity. You will maintain HR records, manage the HRIS, and collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to enhance our employer brand across social media and recruitment sites.

The role requires 2+ years in HR, fluency in English, and discretion with confidential information; you will operate as a permanent full-time contractor (PJ)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience focusing on employee relations and branding.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Creative employer branding and social media skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Advise on employee relations and engagement.
• Maintain HR records and manage the HRIS.
• Improve HR processes and draft policies.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition on social media and branding.
• Support Talent Acquisition with culture and engagement initiatives.
• Assist onboarding, performance management, benefits, vacations, and terminations.
