Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support a wide range of HR activities across our international team. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, engagement, HR administration, and people operations while coordinating with teams across multiple countries.

You will contribute to performance management, policy improvements, and benefits coordination, all within a flexible remote LATAM setting. A proactive, people-oriented mindset will help you thrive and grow with Pearster.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or People Operations role.
• Advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish (C2) are required.
• Hands-on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration experience.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
• Able to work independently and with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across countries.
• Coordinate interviews and screen candidates, assess fit and experience.
• Prepare and publish engaging job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
• Act as point of contact for HR-related questions and policies.
• Assist with performance management and development initiatives.
• Support implementation and improvement of HR policies and processes.
• Coordinate benefits, time-off tracking, and other HR admin activities.
• Organize and prioritize multiple HR activities using agile methods.
• Collaborate with managers and international teams on people-related initiatives.
