Job summary

InEvent is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support our global team with HR-related matters and to position InEvent as an employer of choice. You will serve as an advisor on employee relations, maintain accurate personnel records, manage the HRIS, and collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to enhance our employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR roles focusing on employee relations and branding.
• Experience with HRIS and handling confidential information.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as advisor on employee relations and engagement.
• Maintain HR records and manage the HRIS.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and policy editing.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to manage social channels.
• Develop candidate communications and online recruitment campaigns.
• Assist onboarding, performance management, benefits, and vacations.
