The role supports leadership decisions on budgeting, profitability, cash management, pricing, collections, and strategic planning, with trust accounting compliance and analytics at the core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA or MBA or equivalent advanced credential preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, billing, A/R, payroll, and trust accounting.
• Oversee monthly financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits, tax reporting, and vendor oversight.
• Collaborate with Owner/CFO on pricing, collections, and strategic planning.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA / MBA (preferred)

5+ years financial experience in professional services
