Prismteck Llc in Austin, TX is seeking a GTM Engineer to build the growth engine for a regulated DTC consumer brand. You’ll direct Claude Code to connect APIs, enrich lists, and automate recurring work while collaborating with sales, field, and partnerships.

You bring 3+ years in marketing, hands-on outbound, data fluency (SQL, Python/JS), API know-how, and a builder mindset to ship tools, sequences, and KPI tracking with a results-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Real, hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work, API-connected.
• 3+ years hands-on in marketing with outbound execution end-to-end.
• Cold outbound you’ve run start-to-finish with a sequence and deliverability fixes.
• Comfort with data: read CSV, write SQL, understand joins impact.
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript, plus Git version control.
• APIs are familiar: auth, keys, rate limits, webhooks, docs navigation.
• Strong marketing sense to spot good offers, write clear, concrete copy.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine with targeted lists and sequences.
• Arm the field team with routes, one-pagers, and post‑visit follow-ups.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, and referral programs.
• Create in-house creative using AI while aligning with brand visuals.
• Automate recurring tasks and data enrichment pipelines.
• Own first‑party measurement and flag questionable numbers promptly.
