Evox is seeking a Growth Marketer focused on Media Buying and Creative Strategy for ecommerce and personal brands. The role splits evenly between audience research, creative development, and client communications to deliver measurable growth.

You will manage Meta campaigns, craft hooks and copy, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations. A remote-first team of about 20 is scaling rapidly in 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience writing hooks, scripts, and body copy for social ads.
• Ability analyze CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL and draw insights.
• Ability manage projects and communicate plans clearly.
• Experience leading client conversations and strategy sessions.

Responsabilités

• Research audience pain points and outcomes from Reddit threads, reviews, and competitor ads.
• Build personas and identify resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy driving engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production, including shot selection and visual storytelling while ensuring brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns, including audience targeting and budget allocation.
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPA/CPL to identify winning creatives and reasons.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and document actions between calls.
