Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own accounts end-to-end from strategy to client contact. The role is fully remote, with responsibility for brand and non-brand campaigns, attribution decisions, and a hands-on approach to landing pages and tracking.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads at meaningful spend (DTC/eCommerce).
• Ability to present results and defend decisions to clients.
• Experience with PMax and brand vs non-brand strategies.
• Proficient in GA4, GTM, and Shopify goals.
• Willingness to work US Eastern business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present Loom walkthroughs to the client.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and defend attribution decisions.
• Manage feed, tracking, landing pages, and conversion tracking for accuracy.
• Provide clear client updates and calls, defending your decisions.
