Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the full funnel for a portfolio of DTC brands. You will talk directly to clients, present results, and defend your decisions while maintaining rigorous audit standards and feed health across Merchant Center and Shopping efforts.

This role emphasizes responsibility over results, attribution clarity, and a data-driven approach to incremental growth with flexible global work hours.

Competenze

• Audit every takeover with campaign structure, keywords, negatives, bids, and landing pages.
• Own the client relationship without an intermediary.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns and report them independently.
• Understand PMax mechanics and avoid over-optimizing for incremental CAC.
• Defend attribution decisions and avoid relying on last-click metrics.
