Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own the entire Google Ads funnel for multiple DTC brands. You will communicate directly with clients, defend your decisions, and drive measurable growth through incremental ROAS and NC-CPA strategies.

You will manage large monthly spend, optimize feeds and tracking, and build landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks. A data-driven, ownership-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real money spent in DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to defend attribution models and explain ROI.
• Direct client communication and ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts and budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Maintain direct client relationship and present results and plans.
• Conduct thorough account audits before touching campaigns.
• Segment brand vs non-brand performance and report separately.
• Understand PMax impact and distinguish branded from non-branded activity.
• Monitor and constrain Google automation and feed quality.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing page optimization.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across creative, offers, and pages.
• Build required assets and scripts to remove constraints.
