Sweat Pants Agency is a remote-first firm seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for 50 DTC and ecommerce brands. You will act as the client contact, write updates, and defend your calls with measurable outcomes.

You will audit accounts, optimize campaigns across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Shopping, and ensure proper tracking and feed health. The role emphasizes ownership and real-money results.

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the clients direct point of contact.
• Budgets run from $5k/mo to well into six figures a month.
• Audit before touching anything: structure review, negatives, bidding, impression share, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as different businesses and report separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded vs. non-branded insights.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash and audit auto features regularly.
• Own the feed and tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build the necessary landing pages and scripts.
• Build and ship landing pages with AI tools when needed.
