Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google accounts, act as the client’s direct contact, and drive measurable growth. You will audit before touching accounts, defend attribution choices, and optimize across Brand and Non-Brand, PMax, and Shopping.

Remote role with US Eastern calls required. You will work with 50 DTC/eCommerce brands, manage multi-million dollar spends, and ship landing pages, feeds, and tracking to unlock growth.

Qualifications

• Own a set of Google accounts end to end and be the client’s direct contact.
• Audit campaigns and structures before touching anything to ensure quality.
• Defend attribution decisions with clear reasoning and data.
• Proficient in GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations for eCommerce.
• Experience with PMax, Brand vs Non-Brand, and incrementality testing.

Responsibilities

• You are the account manager and own the results and client updates.
• Audit account structure, keywords, negatives, and tracking before touching campaigns.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report separately.
• Evaluate PMax performance and separation of branded vs non-branded volume.
• Own feed hygiene, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove constraints.
