Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end growth for DTC brands. You’ll manage campaigns, analyze attribution, and defend your decisions in client calls, owning the funnel from feed to landing page and tracking.

This is a remote, worldwide role; US Eastern business hours are required for client calls. You’ll work with a bold team, optimize $5k/mo to six-figure monthly budgets, and build landing pages and automation using GA4, GTM, and Claude AI.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend (DTC/eCommerce) and ability to explain CPA/ROAS.
• Proficiency across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, GA4, GTM.
• Strong client communication; able to present results and defend decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, and tracking before touching accounts.
• Keep brand and non-brand campaigns separate and report results clearly.
• Understand PMax mechanics and separate branded/non-branded impact.
• Maintain leash on Google's automation and optimize feed, tracking, and landing pages.
• Build or implement assets and landing pages to remove bottlenecks.
