Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client campaigns from audit to execution. You will manage budgets across DTC brands, own the client relationship, and drive incremental growth through data-driven strategies.

This is a remote position with US East hours coverage and strong emphasis on accountability. You will lead attribution decisions, build landing pages and scalable assets using Claude-powered tooling, and coordinate across GA4, GTM, and Shopify

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend; demonstrate CPA/ROAS impact.
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans and results directly.
• Ability to audit accounts, structures, and tracking before optimization.
• Fluency in English for client interactions and presentations.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit-overview: campaign structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, conversions tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand separately; report them distinctly.
• Define PMax expectations and separate branded vs non-branded performance.
• Maintain control over feed, tracking, and landing pages; build necessary assets and scripts.
