Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a hands-on marketing generalist in Austin, TX, or remotely with 9-5 CT overlap. The role focuses on building and automating growth channels for a regulated nicotine product, avoiding paid channels. You will lead outreach to retailers, manage email/SMS, and develop AI-assisted processes using Claude Code.

You will work directly with the two founders, own the growth strategy, and drive data-driven campaigns with access to order and subscription data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing.
• Hands-on experience using Claude Code to build real solutions that are in use.
• Experience running cold email outreach yourself with tools like Apollo and an email sequencing tool.
• Familiarity with connecting tools through APIs.
• Scripting in Python or JavaScript, or experience directing AI to write it for you.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: identify contacts, write emails, track what works.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, subscription retention, referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools, using the brand’s look and feel.
• Automate recurring tasks to reduce manual work.
• Track results from order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
