Job summary

Atomic Hr is partnering with a founder-led consumer brand in Austin, TX, to build and run growth programs across email, SMS, retention, and partnerships. You’ll leverage Claude Code to automate workflows and run campaigns with the sales and partnerships teams, delivering measurable growth with minimal paid advertising.

You’ll collaborate directly with the founders, owning the growth stack, and evolving an AI-driven automation setup from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding tools to build real solutions.
• 3+ years in marketing; growth mindset with data-driven approach.
• Experience running cold email outreach yourself with tooling like Apollo.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus; able to iterate on datasets.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript or directing AI to write it for you.
• Familiarity connecting tools through APIs; strong writing for marketing.
• Bonus: experience with Apollo, n8n, SEO, or AI image tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners; write emails and track what works.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails.
• Own email and SMS, retention, referral programs, and search/content initiatives.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools using existing brand look-and-feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to reduce repetitive work.
• Track results from order and subscription data and flag anomalies.
