Atomic HR seeks a hands-on marketing generalist to build and run outbound campaigns for a founder-led consumer brand based in Austin, TX. You’ll own AI-powered automation, connect systems using Claude Code, and scale outreach to retailers and partners.

Focus areas include search, email, retention, referrals, and field support, with no paid advertising and UK-only restrictions. You’ll work directly with the two founders, enjoy ownership over growth, and shape the company’s AI setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code to build something real that’s in use today.
• 3+ years in marketing with a track record of executing outbound campaigns.
• Experience running cold email outreach with Apollo and email sequences.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and data; SQL skills are a plus.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript or ability to direct AI to write it.

Responsabilités

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: finding the right contacts and emails.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails.
• Own email, SMS, retention, referral programs, and search/content strategies.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools matching brand look.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to reduce workload.
• Track results from order and subscription data and flag anomalies.
