Atomic Hr is seeking a Growth Marketer to own creative strategy, Meta ads management, and client communication for e-commerce and personal brands. This role focuses on researching audiences, crafting hooks and copy, and driving campaigns from targeting to reporting.

You will translate performance data into actionable recommendations, lead client meetings, and ensure brand-consistent creative across campaigns. Remote-first with flexible scheduling and strong growth potential.

Formación

• Proven copywriting for social ads that drives engagement.
• Ability to research audiences and derive ad angles.
• Working knowledge of CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL.
• Able to lead client relationships and strategy.
• Self-driven, proactive project owner.
