Embedded Shishya is seeking a Growth Marketer to lead creative strategy and Meta ads management for e-commerce and personal brands. The role blends audience research, creative copy, and campaign execution, with regular client updates and performance reporting.

You will craft hooks and scripts, direct creative production, set up Meta campaigns, analyze CPM/CTR/CPA, and translate data into actionable recommendations while communicating clearly with clients. Remote-first team of ~20.

Formación

• Strong copywriting tailored to social scrolling
• Ability to reverse-engineer ad campaigns from ads, threads, reviews
• Working knowledge of CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL
• Comfort outlining what you will do and how you would solve roadblocks
• Confidence leading client relationships and strategy conversations

Responsabilidades

• Research audience pain points and desired outcomes
• Build personas and identify resonant angles
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy for ads
• Direct creative production and ensure brand consistency
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns and budgets
• Analyze CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL to identify winning creatives
• Translate performance data into client recommendations
• Lead client meetings and keep documentation up to date
