Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Growth Marketer to lead creative strategy and media buying for e-commerce and personal brands. The role blends audience research, copywriting, and Meta ads management to drive engagement and conversions, while maintaining clear client communication and brand consistency.

You will research what resonates, craft hooks and copy, manage campaigns, and translate results into actionable recommendations for clients.

Formación

• Strong copywriting that feels personal and not overly salesy.
• Habit of studying ads and reverse-engineering what works.
• Working knowledge of core ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL.

Responsabilidades

• Research audience pain points and desired outcomes from sources like Reddit, reviews, and competitor ads.
• Develop personas and identify resonant angles for each audience segment.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production including shot selection and visual storytelling while maintaining brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budget allocation.
• Analyze CPM, CTR, conversion rate, CPA/CPL to identify winning creative and explain why.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations and insights.
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
