Atomic HR is seeking a Creative Strategist for its fast-growing performance marketing team. This fully remote, full-time role concentrates on turning insights into ad concepts that convert across eCommerce brands, with testing, structured experiments, and compelling content.

You'll collaborate with creators, editors, designers, and account managers to develop, test, and scale winning ads on Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels, balancing creative instincts with performance metrics to drive

Formación

• 1–3 years in paid social creative development or direction for eCommerce.
• Proven CTR/ROAS driven creatives.
• Portfolio of paid social creatives, esp. UGC for TikTok/Meta.
• Strong copy, hook, framing, pacing, storytelling.
• Able to provide clear feedback to creators, editors, designers.
• Analytical mindset translating data into next steps.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
• Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social.
• Develop data-backed creative hypotheses, plan structured tests, and iterate quickly to scale winners.
• Write clear, actionable briefs for creators, editors, and designers—providing precise direction from hook to CTA.
• Review ad performance and creative metrics to identify winning angles and next-round opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to connect creative insights to campaign KPIs and client reporting.
• Maintain a high creative bar while ensuring consistent weekly output.
• Keep production moving fast without sacrificing clarity or quality.
