Remote Genie is seeking a Growth Marketer (Media Buying + Creative Strategy) to drive paid growth for e-commerce and personal brands. You will blend audience research with creative storytelling, write persuasive copy, and steer Meta ad campaigns while communicating results clearly to clients.

With responsibilities split across audience research, creative strategy, and client communication, you will lead campaigns from concept to reporting.

Formación

• Proven copywriting that resonates with social scrollers.
• Ability to study ads, reverse-engineer what works, and apply insights.
• Strong grasp of CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL and related metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Research audience pain points and objections via Reddit, reviews, and competitor ads.
• Build persona profiles and craft resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production: shot selection and visual storytelling while upholding brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns, including targeting and budgeting.
